Our processing facilities at Nyhamna in Aukra, Kårstø in Tysvær, and Kollsnes in Øygarden all handle extremely flammable substances and are therefore subject to the ‘Major Accident Regulations’ which is actually called the ‘Regulations on Measures to Prevent and Limit the Consequences of Major Accidents in Companies where Hazardous Chemicals Occur’.
