Would you like to take responsibility for Safety, Security, Health, Environment and Quality in a demanding industrial environment? Then become part of our team and support our facilities in Emden and Dornum, Germany, in implementing and further developing our HSSE&Q standards.
Your responsibilities
Physical Security
- Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the area of security and critical infrastructure
- Further development of security concepts and protective measures
- Planning and conducting training sessions and security awareness measures
- Collaboration with internal and external security service providers
- Support for emergency and crisis management
Occupational health, safety and environmental protection
- Support and further development of occupational health and safety management in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Conducting and coordinating safety inspections at our sites
- Maintaining and further developing relevant HSSE&Q documentation and databases
- Managing incident management, including analysis and follow-up of measures
- Support for projects, maintenance shutdowns and contractor management
- Organisation and implementation of HSSE&Q initiatives and safety campaigns
Your profile
- Completed degree in safety management, safety engineering or a comparable field; alternatively, technical vocational training and professional experience
- Ideally, qualification as an occupational safety specialist (SIFA)
- Several years of experience in occupational safety, HSE or HSSE&Q in an industrial environment
- Strong safety awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally between sites
